Job Title - Sr. Engineering Manager - Go/GoLang

About the role:

Hands-on Sr. Engineering Leader to build a Data Platform.

You'd partner and advise multiple teams by guiding the creation and consumption of our data pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and scale the cloud data platform, ensuring it meets business needs and technical requirements.
  • Design data processing services (real-time and batch).
  • Apply API-first design principles to build modular, reusable, and well-documented services.
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in the architecture and implementation of services, ensuring strong domain models and boundary context.
  • Serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda, Fargate) for cost-effective, scalable services that minimize infrastructure overhead

Experience Required

  • Expertise in AWS services and architectures, including serverless computing (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
  • Expert in Go programming language.
  • Event-driven architectures and data streaming technologies (e.g., Kinesis, Kafka).
